Gymnastic classes
will focus on locomotive movement, coordination, and overall physical
development. Basic gymnastic fundamental skills such as rolls,
handstands, cartwheels, jumping and balancing are incorporated into
the lessons. 
Tanya Romanowicz,
with a BS from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Physical
Education and Sport, is the instructor. She was a competitive gymnast
for 10 years at Gemini Gymnastics School, Altoona Area High School and
Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the 1986 Regional Balance Beam
Champion. She is also a member of 1988 National Championship Team –
Division II.
Tanya has been
coaching gymnastics from the beginner and preschool level through
college level of 21 years of age. She is a certified PIAA official
for the high school level and recreational programs.

Classes are
offered Wednesdays at 11:15 am Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten
children. Thursdays are make-up classes beginning at 11:20am.
